About the Membership

What is Pink Gorilla Collective?

A monthly membership for small business owners who want to get serious about their online presence without the overwhelm. Each month you get three live sessions covering social strategy, website and SEO, and a structured co-working block, plus access to a growing resource vault and a community space. Same rhythm every month. Calm, focused, practical.

Who is it for?

Anyone running a small business who knows their craft but finds the digital side of things frustrating, confusing, or just perpetually at the bottom of the to-do list. Trades, creatives, therapists, makers, service providers — if you're brilliant at what you do and want your online presence to reflect that, you're in the right place.

You don't need any prior marketing knowledge. You don't need to be on every platform. You just need a positive attitude and a willingness to show up and move things forward.

Do I need to be based in the UK?

Not at all. Pink Gorilla Collective is open to small business owners anywhere in the world. All sessions are run on Skool and delivered in English.

What if I'm not very techy?

That's exactly why you're here. No prior knowledge required — just bring your questions. We start from where you are, not where we assume you should be.

The Sessions

What sessions are included each month?

Social Strategy Session with Zoe  — practical guidance on content, presence and showing up online with confidence.

Website, Copy & SEO Clinic with Steph  — clear, actionable direction on getting found online and making your website work harder for your business.

Co-Working & Accountability Session  — a structured working block to actually get things done. Same format every month: two focused sprints with short reset breaks. Calm, productive, effective.

Expert Sessions

Alongside this, we bring in trusted experts from our network throughout the year.

People we have worked with. People we rate. People who know their subject inside out.

That might include:

A bookkeeper helping you understand your numbers and stay in control
A Pinterest specialist showing you how to get found consistently
A psychologist helping you navigate decision-making and confidence
A podcast producer guiding you on how to share your voice and build authority through audio

These sessions are practical, focused and shaped around your questions.

You’ll be able to submit questions in advance, so the time is used properly.

Why This Approach Works

We do not fill the calendar for the sake of it.

Everything inside Pink Gorilla Collective is designed to help you move forward.

Not overwhelm you.

Not keep you busy.

Just steady, meaningful progress.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are hosted live on Skool, the platform where your membership lives. You'll need to create a free Skool account to join.

What time do sessions run?

Session times will be confirmed ahead of the April 2026 launch. We'll share the schedule with everyone on the waitlist before doors open so you can check it works for you.

What if I can't make a session live?

No problem. Every session is recorded and available to rewatch inside Skool at a time that suits you. You won't miss out just because life got in the way.

What are the hot seats?

Hot seats are reserved for our guest speakers; external experts who join us to go deep on a specific topic each month. Think accountants, SEO specialists, email marketing strategists and more. These are structured, focused sessions rather than open Q&As, so everyone gets genuine value regardless of where they're sitting.

Skool & Community

What is Skool?

Skool is the platform that hosts your membership. It's where you'll find the live sessions, the recordings, the resource vault, and the community space, all in one place. It's straightforward to use and works well on both desktop and mobile. You'll need to create a free account to access your membership.

What's the community space like?

It's a quiet space for thoughtful conversation, asking questions, sharing wins, working things out with people who genuinely get the small business experience. There's no pressure to post daily or perform. Just show up when it's useful.

Pricing & Payment

How much does it cost?

The Pink Gorilla Collective beta launches in April 2026 with 30 founding member spaces at £35 per month. Once those spaces are filled, membership will be closed until further notice. The standard rate will be £49 per month.

Founding members keep their £35 rate for as long as they remain members. It won't increase.

How do I pay?

Payment is by card only, processed securely at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum term. It's a rolling monthly subscription, you're in for as long as it's working for you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees, no awkward conversations, no hard feelings.

Please note: if you cancel your founding member space, it will be released to the next person on the waitlist. The £35 rate is available to founding members only and cannot be reactivated once cancelled.

Getting Started

How do I join?

The membership opens to founding members in April 2026. Join the waitlist now to be first in line when doors open, you'll get early access, full details on session times and the chance to lock in the founding member rate before it's gone.

What happens when I join?

You'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to set up your Skool account and find your way around. There's a short start here video from Steph and Zoe, a progress tracker to download, and a simple first step to complete. No overwhelm, just a clear beginning.

Inside the membership, you'll choose your starting track: Foundation, Refine, or Focus. It's not a tier, just a starting point that helps us point you to the most useful resources straight away.

I'm on the fence. How do I know if it's right for me?

Ask yourself this: do you have a business you're proud of, but a digital presence that doesn't reflect it yet? Are you spending time guessing what to do online rather than knowing? Do you wish you had a structured, calm space to work on it properly with people who actually understand small business?

If yes to any of that.. you're exactly who this is built for.
