Digital Product Refund Policy

At Pink Gorilla Collective we sell digital products and online memberships designed to provide immediate access to valuable resources and training. Because these are digital goods, different refund rules apply compared to physical products.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content that is accessed or downloaded with the customer’s consent is not eligible for the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
By purchasing a digital product from Pink Gorilla Collective, you agree that:

Access to the digital product will begin immediately after payment.

You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.

You acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the product, you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation rights.
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
Faulty or Inaccessible Products
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

If we are unable to provide access to the product, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
